Please review our Requirements page to ensure your pet(s) fit our criteria before submitting your reservation.

Fill out the information below in the "Contact Us" section to submit a reservation request. Please note that a reservation request is not guaranteed to be fulfilled. Do not consider your reservation to be confirmed unless you receive a confirmation email from us. If you submit a reservation request and you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at 563-381-8889.

New Customers

Please review our Requirements page to ensure your pet(s) fit our criteria before submitting your reservation.

First time bringing your pet to stay with us? You can fill out the required paperwork ahead of time and bring them with you upon drop off.

This paperwork will also be available to fill out in person upon drop off if not done ahead of time. All customers are required to complete the necessary paperwork (Form 1 is required for all pets. Form 2 is required for dogs only).

Saturday:              8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Sunday:                8:00 AM -10:00 AM

Holiday Hours
Closed for the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
Open 7am-Noon for the following Holidays: Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve

We offer tours Monday through Friday during our open hours. Please call ahead to schedule a tour.

A reservation is required for boarding.


If you'd like to bring your dog for daycare, a reservation is not necessary. Daycare is a walk-in service based on "first come, first serve" availability. We do not reserve spots for daycare. Daycare is offered Monday - Friday only. Please see hours on our Contact page.
