New Customers

First time bringing your pet to stay with us? After you sign-up with our customer portal, you'll receive a welcome email with information about forms, vaccines, and what to bring. For a guide on what kind of records we can and cannot accept; click here. 

The paperwork will also be available to fill out in person upon drop off if not done ahead of time. All customers are required to complete the necessary paperwork.  You can also download the blank forms to fill out if you would like: Form 1  and Form 2 (Dogs will need both forms, Cats will only need form 2). You can also submit vaccines and forms to: Rich@barkandstay.com. 

Existing Customers

We have a new customer portal that is ready to go and you can log in using your email. **If it is your first time logging in you will have to reset your password first.** In the portal, you can submit reservations, check on vaccines, cancel reservations and more!

Holiday Hours
Closed for the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
Open 7am-1pm for the following Holidays: Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve

We offer tours Monday through Friday during our open hours. Please call ahead to schedule a tour.

A reservation is required for boarding.


If you'd like to bring your dog for daycare, a reservation is not necessary. Daycare is a walk-in service based on "first come, first serve" availability. We do not reserve spots for daycare. Daycare is offered Monday - Friday only. Please see hours on our Contact page.
